What we collect

Need a 4th collects account information you provide directly or through a sign-in provider, profile details you choose to provide, rounds you post, join requests, preferences, issue reports, and technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Email-account passwords are stored only as secure password hashes, not readable passwords.

How we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, operate the golf marketplace, show relevant rounds, connect hosts and golfers, prevent abuse, provide support, and understand whether the product works. We do not sell personal information.

What other members see

Other members may see your display name, round details, stated golf preferences, and marketplace reputation features when those features become available. Your email address is not displayed publicly.

Service providers

We rely on hosting, database, authentication, geographic-data, and course-search providers to run the service. They process limited information necessary to provide their services. Course and city searches may be sent to geographic-data providers.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. You may request access or deletion through your account or the support address below.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product changes and will post the effective date here.
