Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. By signing in or using Need a 4th, you confirm that you meet those requirements.

Marketplace role

Need a 4th helps golfers discover and coordinate rounds. We are not a golf course, booking agent, transportation provider, payment processor, or guarantor of another member's identity, conduct, skill, attendance, or statements.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate round information, communicate respectfully, honor course rules and financial commitments, and use sound judgment when meeting people. Do not harass, discriminate, impersonate, spam, manipulate ratings, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Bookings, costs, and cancellations

Members remain responsible for confirming tee times, guest eligibility, prices, cancellation policies, and payments directly with the host or course. A listing or accepted request does not replace a course reservation.

Content and enforcement

You retain ownership of content you submit and give us permission to display and process it to operate the service. We may remove content, restrict accounts, or suspend access when necessary to protect members or the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Need a 4th and its operator are not liable for indirect losses or the conduct of golfers, courses, or other third parties.
